As a courtesy to our staff professionals and physicians, and so that we may accommodate other client needs, please give at least 24 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or a no-show are subject to a cancellation fee of $25, for physician appointments $75. When scheduling an appointment after 2 no-shows or late cancellations we will require that you guarantee your reservation by providing us with a valid credit card. All first time client appointments will require a credit card to hold an appointment. If you are uncomfortable leaving us a credit card we gladly welcome you on a walk in basis. Special deposits may be required for our medical services (Coolsculpting, Ulthera, Cellfina, Microneedling).
