Dr. Kimberly Kraus | Medical Board Director
Dr. Kimberly Kraus our Medical Spa and Laser Center Medical Board Director. “For as long as I can remember, I have always had a deep desire to help others. Becoming a physician gave me the perfect platform to do this. My goal is to provide kind and compassionate care throughout a woman’s life. I want my patients to know that they have an advocate and someone to listen to their individual needs, because we are all different. Good medical care comes from getting to know my patients and offering specialized care. I view being a physician as a gift from God and am blessed to be present in so many important events in someone’s life.”
Dawn Fischer | Skin Care Manager & Lead Esthetician
Dawn has been with Docere for 12+ years. Dawn is a licensed Managing Aesthetician and has been involved in the skin care industry for a number of years, first as a client and then as a professional. She has received certifications in the operations of Jet Peel O2 Skin Rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion and LED Cold light therapy. Dawn specializes in Anti-Aging Skin Care as well as the education of teens in proper skin care techniques. Clearing acne for people with problem complexions is of great importance to Dawn because of the role that clear skin plays in a person’s confidence and self-esteem. She is a member of the AIA- Aesthetics International Association and also the National Rosacea Society.
Kathy Fiocco-Schwab , LPN, C.T, M.A | Medical Services Manager
Kathy’s service offerings include Cosmetic injecting, IPL, Laser skin procedures, Ultherapy, Coolsculpting, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling and PRX. She has over 26 years experience in the medical field. She began working for the Medical Spa in 2010 as an assistant. Over the past 15 years she has invested in continuing and advancing her education to add to and offer additional services to her patients. She has attended several advanced trainings on all the services she performs offering a great deal of experience. She is passionate about teaching her patients how to achieve their aesthetic goals and committed to creating trust and building the confidence of her patients.
Giulianna Viscomi | Marketing & Assistant Manager
Giulianna a graduate of Eastern Gateway College with an Associates in Business Management and Marketing. She obtained her Bachelors at Central State University for Business Management. Her passion is working in the esthetics field, graphic design and running our social media. Giulianna is certified in Coolsculpting and has attended Coolsculpting University. She is also a certified clinician in our Ultherapy service.
Theresa Hayes | Esthetician and Massage Therapist
Hello! My name is Theresa. I am a licensed Esthetician and certified Massage Therapist. I have a deep passion for skincare, and helping clients with their skin care goals. Some of my favorite treatments are customized facials, chemical peels, Swedish Massage and Relaxation Facials.
Jennifer Jacobson C.T., M.A | Licensed Cosmetic Therapist, Certified Laser Technician, Medical Assistant
Jen graduated from Ohio Medical Institute of Electrology where she is board certified for electrolysis and excelled in her field with passion and compassion for people who deal with excessive hair growth and those wanting not to deal with shaving on an everyday basis. Whether your need is electrolysis or Laser hair removal, Jen is here to provide you with the most outstanding care and information on hair removal. Jen is also certified in SkinPen Microneedling and Dermaplaning services.

Penny Schultz, LMT | License Massage Therapist
My name is Penny I’ve been an LMT. for 26 years. I also have the following credentials: Phlebotomy, PCNA, previously owned a massage company 14 years, I am Voder certified in Lymph drainage and a certified Workers Comp provider. My goal is to provide clients with the best massage experience. Studies show that massage hold benefits both physically and mentally. I would love to see you but even if you don’t come to me, please go and experience it for yourself. I myself am a client of massage and it has helped me to continue my career as a therapist as well as a cosmetologist. My favorite modality is Lymph. It is a very powerful form of massage. Lymph drainage is mainly for persons that have had lymph removal and they now have swelling. Another use for Lymph is for face and sinus drainage which is a very effective way to elevate fluid in the lymph system around the face and neck. Lymph can also assist in the process of detoxing, as well as all forms of massage do assist in the body detoxing and eliminating waste. I also offer relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, hot bamboo, cold stone, positional release, post surgery, pre natal, and infant massage. Both post surgery and infant massage require doctor approval.
Maggie Rubis | Advanced Esthetician
Maggie has been with Docere for 10+ years. Maggie is a licensed esthetician and has been involved in the skincare industry for many years working with many different popular skincare and makeup lines. She received her bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Krakow, in her homeland of Poland. Maggie completed her licensing as an esthetician from Pivot Point International Academy in Bloomingdale, IL before moving to Cleveland, OH. Her passion has always been skincare and making her clients feel great and exude confidence in themselves.
Victoria Kuennen | Esthetician
My name is Victoria, and I am a licensed advanced esthetician driven by a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. Stephanie Duganier | Permanent Makeup Artist
My name is Stephanie and I am a certified permanent makeup artist with a strong background in radiology. I graduated in 2021 from Cuyahoga community college with an Associate of Science, as a radiographer. I am currently working as a radiographer at QUICKmed Urgent Care and manage two locations. While l’ve always had a passion for beauty, especially makeup, my path led me to the medical field. After getting my own brows done, I was immediately fascinated by the world of permanent makeup and knew I wanted to learn more. I expanded my knowledge to include lip blushing and became certified in both techniques. Permanent makeup is a game-changer, and I love helping clients feel confident and gorgeous every day-without the hassle of daily makeup. As a perfectionist, I’m dedicated to delivering flawless results that enhance each client’s natural beauty. I’m excited to continue this journey and help others feel effortlessly beautiful!
