This program is all about YOU! Over a 16- week period you will work with your nutrition coach to build and execute a plan for a better you. Docere will help you feel and look your best. In a small group, participants plan lifestyle changes to adopt healthy eating and lose weight. The focus is on developing and maintaining healthy habits, such as: eating a healthy diet, exercising, getting adequate sleep, drinking plenty of water, managing stress. Bi-weekly check-ins keep you on track with your goals and programs are designed around important topics and techniques to help you master the lifestyle changes to meet your fitness and weight goals. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Ivana Petrovic, will keep you motivated and moving toward your goal. And to keep your eye on progress toward those goals, you’ll see some surprise rewards from Docere as you reach those milestones. At program conclusion, we’ll have a Lifestyle Champion who will win a free massage, signature facial or a free CoolSculpting treatment a $750 value! (Winner based on greatest percentage weight loss.)

Docere’s Certified Nutritionist
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Ivana Petrovic will be leading Docere’s Healthy Lifestyle Program. Ivana graduated from Ashland University and received her M.S. from Case Western Reserve University. She completed her Dietetic Internship at the VA Medical Center and has since worked as a Clinical Dietitian, providing both outpatient and inpatient weight loss and nutrition counseling.
