Dr. Ray Seballos – Dr. Seballos is a graduate of John Carroll University where he graduated magna cum laude. He excelled in surgery while attending the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine. He completed residences in both general surgery and plastic surgery. He was certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1996, and the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1999. He has been in solo private practice since 1997. Dr. Seballos is currently the Director of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Parma Community General Hospital. He also has privileges at Southwest General Healthcare Center, Marymount Hospital, and The Surgery Center in Middleburg Heights. Dr. Seballos is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
 Jeffrey Viscomi M.D. – Dr. Viscomi received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton. He then went on to graduate from Wright State University School of Medicine in the top 10% of his class. Following residency at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Viscomi began his Family Practice in Strongsville and quickly became a nationally recognized leader in primary care for his unique practice model. Dr. Viscomi is a member of the Aesthetics Practice Association and has completed extensive training in the use of laser in aesthetic procedures.
Sharon Chaney L.P.N – Sharon is a licensed practical nurse with years of experience in skin care. She has received certifications in the operations of Jet Peel O2, Skin Rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion and LED Cold light therapy. She enjoys educating others about skin care and natural and organic products. Sharon assists our Doctors and performs skin consultations as well as a variety of skin treatments.
 Rita Minasola – Rita is a Massage Therapist licensed by the State of Ohio Medical Board. She has practiced massage therapy in Cleveland since 2004 after completing her initial massage training at the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. Rita believes that massage therapy is superior because it doesn’t just treat the symptoms of illness or injury. Massage work corrects the underlying problems and helps to optimize the body’s natural healing potential. In 2006, Rita completed training in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™. Rita decided to become an Ashiatsu therapist to deliver deeper work than other massage therapies offered. Rita is excited to be part of the Docere Medical Spa & Laser Center Family.
 Dawn Fischer – Dawn is a licensed Managing Aesthetician and has been involved in the skin care industry for a number of years, first as a client and then as a professional. She has received certifications in the operations of Jet Peel O2 Skin Rejuvenation, Microdermabrasion and LED Cold light therapy. Dawn specializes in Anti-Aging Skin Care as well as the education of teens in proper skin care techniques. Clearing acne for people with problem complexions is of great importance to Dawn because of the role that clear skin plays in a person's confidence and self-esteem. She is a member of the AIA- Aesthetics International Association and also the National Rosacea Society.
Lara Spanulo – Lara has been a licensed Cosmetic Therapist for over 15 years in the Cleveland area. Lara specializes in Electrolysis and Laser Hair Removal services as well as other skin care treatments. Lara is a firm believer in the Docere methodology of advanced technology, organic products, and extraordinary service.
Joseph Ripepi – Joseph Ripepi DPM – Dr. Ripepi received his Bachelor of Science degree from John Carroll University. He is a graduate of Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. He has been in solo practice since 1993. Dr. Ripepi currently has privileges at Parma General Community, Southwest General, Fairview General, Lakewood and Lutheran Hospitals. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Ripepi completed extensive training in laser use for the foot and ankle. .
