Monthly Visit with Our Nurse Practitioner

Each month, you’ll sit down one-on-one with our Nurse Practitioner for a dedicated 30-minute visit to help keep your progress on track. This is your time to review how things are going, address any concerns, and make sure your plan continues to work for you. Every appointment includes personalized weight management and wellness check-ins, medication and prescription management if clinically recommended, side effect monitoring and support, progress review and goal setting, and treatment plan adjustments as needed. Your program should evolve as you do, and these visits make sure it does.

Lifestyle and Nutrition Coaching

Our team provides ongoing guidance on nutrition and healthy eating, exercise recommendations tailored to your lifestyle, and practical strategies for working through plateaus when they come up.
